Our philosophy for our food service is to provide you with simple but good food at a reasonable price. Our entrees vary from $5 to $7 and consist mostly of chili, dawgs, and meatballs. See the current menu below.

While you are at the pub, you can play darts or foosball, or watch one of the three TVs with DirecTV programming. Generally, one TV will be set to a news show, another will be set to sports and the other will be set based on interest. Special events like the Olympics and the Tour de France that will be aired will also be shown - watch for announcements!

  • Vegetarian. Black beans slow cooked with peppers, garlic, green chili, and beer. Mildly spicy.
• Mexican Brewers Chili $6.00
  • Chunks of beef slow cooked with onions, beer, barley, and our blend of spices. A bit spicier than the Black Bean.
• Combo Chili $5.50
  • Blend of Black Bean and Mexican Brewers Chili.
• Cincinatti-style Turkey Chili $5.50
  • Ground turkey and red kidney beans slow cooked in a savory mix of cinnamon and other spices.
• Nacho Bowl $6.00
  • A layer of tortilla chips covered in your choice of our homemade chilies and topped with cheese.
• Meatball Sandwich $5.00
  • All-beef meatballs slow cooked in tomato sauce and served on a roll. Comes with your choice of chips.
• Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich $6.50
  • Hand-pulled BBQ chicken slow-cooked in SBC's secret beer BBQ sauce. Served with coleslaw and choice of chips.
• Chili Dawg for one: $3.00 for two: $5.00
  • All-beef frankfurter served with our homemade chili sauce and diced onions.
• Children’s Meal $3.00
  • Smucker’s Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich, your choice of chips and a juice box.
• Brownies $2.50

All food consumed on the premises is subject to Food Safety regulations, and so outside food is not allowed in the brewery.

Beer service includes both draft and bottled beer. You can get beer in either pints or pitchers. You can also get a 5 beer sampler ( five 4oz glasses for $9.75).
